Only doing a half day today so this will be continued tomorrow. Today's topic covers the use of the Mobile Telephone as a medium for push and pull campaigns not necessarily for marketing purposes in our case - although I'm sure we will find a use for it there- no, this is more for capturing feedback, doing polls and maybe even quizzes. The scenario may be to send a text once a student has completed their course telling them about another course...or maybe asking them to press 1 if it was good 2, for OK, 3 for don't know etc. Perhaps it could be used to close the loop for standards compliance training...they respond to say they have read the training and fully understand...perhaps they can be asked a question or two to test them.
Anyway, emails have been sent to the big Mobile Phone companies...lets see who is the best eh?
